- US counter battery artillery fire. The insurgents have fired a rocket or mortar (probably a rocket) at a US base. The Americans have have used a computer tied to radar to rapidly back track to the source of the round fired by the insurgents to send indirect fires (mortars or howitzer) back to the area the fire originated. I doubt the insurgents are still present as the US rounds impact- they probably left the camera behind for pickup later.
