Some Things Just Make Me Think "It's Going To Be OK"

"[sigh] We worked har-red in the garden today. The children helped me completely weed, prune and obliterate no-longer-desirables from the huge front beds. As we worked, we talked about Good Friday, Christ dying upon Golgotha, how the crown of thorns must've hurt, and how long the day must have been for Him. If you're a gardener, you know there were many parallels to our work....On Sunday, we will plant the new green life into our garden. The Littlest One announced, "When we see our new plants growing, we'll think about how Jesus rose from the dead!" I'm glad. It was a meaningful day.
