Online User Reviews Of Turner Falls- Guess Which One I Pronounce Legit And Which I Surmised A City Employee Wrote

This trip was a nightmare! We used to always go camping here when I was a child. I would hear my parents say they spent quite a bit of money just to camp here 10-20 years ago and they gladly overpayed for a pleasant experience to spend with family. Well, we all revisited memory lane and they said prices were still the same haven't been changed much. This would also explain for them being overcrowded. They were shocked and had tears in their eyes when they saw the amount of people throwing trash and even camping down by the falls which used to NEVER happen!

Glass bottles broken everywhere! Broken shoes, rotten food, cans etc. thrown all around. And the park management walking behind the filthy people just cleaning up after them! They are not holding them accountable or having them escorted out of the park!

DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE A CAMPER! THE ONLY PLACE TO CAMP IS UPTOP DUE TO THE OVERCROWDING!

DO NOT GO IF YOU PLAN ON SPENDING YOUR TIME 'NOT' LISTENING TO MEXICAN ACCORDIAN MUSIC BLASTING ON A LOUD SPEAKER!

DO GO IF YOU PLAN ON SWIMMING IN FILTHY DIRTY WATER PEOPLE WERE TAKING BATHS IN!

This park is NOT well managed. Be aware and STAY OUT. Let the mexicans have at it AND TEAR IT UP! We will never be going back to the City of Davis Trash Dump - I mean Turner Falls.

This is not an exaggeration.

They need new management and a raise in prices to keep the filth OUT!

Located in the Arbuckle Mountains the park is layed back and relaxing. The water is not as cold as I expected but still refreshing on a hot summers day. The park is very clean and maintained. Staff is friendly and are helpful with park information.

There is something for everyone weather your looking for waterslides, swimming, hiking or just BBQ's with the family they have you covered. Looking forward to the next trip back.

Well, from reading your past posts, I had already surmised that TF had become sort of the City of Davis' own private Mexico.
