Wow, I did not know that, prior to 1789, the U.S. had not had a white President, although I did find a tidbit that his official campaign song was "Go All the Way".

None of his Supreme Court appointments is still serving.

Somewhere, in my vast reference library, resides a copy of The History of White People in America, by historian/author M. Mull.

Surely there's a paragraph devoted to this in the book.

Oops - forgot to pick up my Expand-a-Belt slacks at the cleaners today!

Interesting - sorta - side note: The book's sequel was titled A Paler Shade of White. Yeah, I got that one, too...
