Yesterday Life Was Such An Easy Game To Play

Yesterday we watched a wedding photography session at Botanic Gardens. It was beautiful. The groom was smiling from ear to ear and the bride glowed. Some of the party were Africans and some were black Americans. It was cool to see one kid take note of a rainbow formed by a fountain and then show his brother a fountainhead lion spitting out water. Big brother nave him a noogie and called him a goofball.

It was 102 degrees. They must have been ready to burst into flames.

We watched turtles swimming around in a pond that should literally be called Turtle Pond as there are red eared sliders, painted, musk and snapping turtles living in there. They will just about take food out of your hand like a human habituated koi.

I smashed a cone to a cypress tree and threw it to the turtles. They wouldn't touch it.

I picked up an ant lion. Instead of staying in his cone shaped trap he was burrowing in a straight line away from others- maybe he needed the space. He was huge.

FG dropped her phone and as it started falling to my side and slightly behind me heading straight for the water I kicked my right leg up and knocked it up on the bank out of danger and away from it's watery grave.

She said, That was awesome! You are amazing!
