Holy Sh#t! The sacrifice our troops make is beyond belief. Thank God for the medics.
I was a cop for 24 yrs. An evidence techician for 7 of them. Saw all kinds of nasty bloody shit. Spent hours documenting crime scenes with brains, hair and gore spattered all over the room and walking around empty skull bones that looked more like soup bowls.
Damn. That video still wrenched my guts. Thank the merciful God above my daughter has rotated out of Afghanistan in one piece.
R- I know man. The craziest thing is that poor guy might still be alive.
Sig- I think the heart breaking thing about that video is the context- not engaged in a firefight and hit by an RPG. He was walking over to his sector on a foggy morning patrol to provide flank security and stepped in that one wrong place.
